Please try to include as much information as you can on this form because it will help us get a better understanding of your specific educational needs. Once you have completed and submitted your application, you can expect to receive a phone call from one of our orientation counselors to help you finish the enrollment process. Our orientation counselors work standard business hours (MST). If you submit your application during those hours you can usually expect a phone call before the day is finished. If you submit after hours, you can expect a phone call on the next business day.
