Terms and Conditions

Tuition & Payments

Smart Schools accepts payment through the use of QuickBooks invoices; we also accept cash at our office and checks via the mail. Customers will receive a monthly invoice emailed to them on their anniversary date of enrollment. Invoices are to be paid manually by the student by/on the due date. Failure to pay tuition by the due date will result in a withdrawal from Smart Schools. Any enrolled automatic payments can be canceled at any time. A student can choose to withdraw from Smart Schools at any time without incurring any fees.

REFUND POLICY

Smart Schools does not issue refunds. A student’s tuition is for access to Smart Schools for the month following the invoice due date. To withdraw from Smart Schools any time before the next monthly tuition due date is to forfeit access to the system and any tuition paid for that access.
